Whenever I hit "reply", the person I'm replying to doesn't show up...but the person THAT person replied to. What happened? It's making for a confusing discussion...as it shows me arguing with myself!

I never use the Post Reply button myself. I always use the Quick Reply one.

I don't lose functionality of BBCode, as I use the BBCodeXtra extension for Firefox. With a right-click, I have all of the options.

Some boards use a different method of threading, where replies can be made to specific replies, and these "sub-threads" run inside the main thread. That may be what's going on... the reply that shows up is the reply the person you are replying to replied to (I hope that made sense).

Otherwise, it's c&p.

How do posters post parts of quotes and explain each one seperately? Thanks

As long as I click the Quote button under the person I want to quote it seems to work...

As far as multiple quotes I type in a quote tag or use the quote button on the toolbar in the post editor.
