I just want to say hello to everyone. I am new here and need prayers with a very tough situation in my life right now. I don't really want to go into the details--I will just say that I really need some prayer for my marriage. My wife and I have been married 5 years and we have had many rocky times. I try to make the effort to be happy. We are both in our 50s and do not want to be faced with growing old alone but we have some very tough obstacles that "normal" marriages don't face. That's as deep as I wish to go into this. Thanks for your prayers.

Welcome to the BB. What's a "normal" marriage? I've been married and divorced twice, and neither one was very normal. Of course, the happiest marriage I ever saw was one where they both put Jesus Christ first in their lives, and then they put the other before themselves. They were extremely happy.
