A member can't get on BB

    Spinach can't seem to get on BB and hasn't been able to for about a week. She's cleared her cookies and here's what she's getting when she tried to get on:

    Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource / could not be found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Any thoughts on what I can tell her?

    Really, I don't know, but I though it sounded like a good idea. I do hope she gets it straightened out.

    Depends on what browser you are using. In Firefox you can view cookies by going to Tools; Options; under the Privacy tab you can view and delete the cookies. IE has an Internet Options tab under Tools. Under the General tab there is an option to delete Temp files including cookies...

    She still can't get on - and couldn't even get on to the site Rev. gave - she gets the same error message there.

    She was able to get on with her phone when she went into town but she can't from home on her computer - on either Firefox or IE.

    Any other thoughts?

    Spinach could also go to System Restore and restore her whole system back a month or to a date when it was operating properly. I use this periodically when all else fails.

    It sounds, however, there may be a fault with her local phone hook up and she could check with her server on this point.

    The System Restore won't hurt the process.

    Is she typing in the url or choosing a bookmark/link? If she is using the latter it is possible she has a bad link. Try just www.baptistboard.com

    I am assuming she is able to get to other websites.
