US readies a 1 BILLION dollar gift to Pakistan - no strings attached?

    I think that this Indian paper is quoting a reliable source.

    "Among those opposing unconditional US aid to Pakistan is Fatima Bhutto"

    With that in mind, it bears reading which apparently, you have failed to do.
