Pretty simple yes or no poll. I'm told the majority of folks around here don't believe in a New World Order. Seems kind of hard to believe what with all the world leaders talking openly about it in the papers and nightly news practically everyday and all.

So, I wanted to find out how many here do or do not believe in a New World Order.

It depends on what is meant by a "new world order." People use that phrase very differently. Some people use it just to mean an improved society with nothing beyond that.

I voted 'no' because I interpreted "new world order" as the conspiracy variety. I assumed that is what you meant.

Yes, I believe that the world's movers and shakers are working to make it much easier to do commerce between nations. One currency will make that dream possible. However, to achieve that end they will need not only one central bank but also one super, central government.

Yeah, maybe I should have used the euphemism most used by the world leaders when they speak of a NWO today. "International Community".

Sorry I wasn't more specific Marcia.

The question was supposed to be more along the lines of "Do you think that the Trilateral group is the driving force behind all government decisions?"

Tha'ts why I recommended we come to an agreement on the question before you posted it.

This is why I decided to make it a yes or no anwser. You are being misleading by implying that I believe the Trilaterals are behind all government decisions. I never said or implied that. Quite simply you are putting words in my mouth.

You did the same thing here. Do I detect a pattern developing?

The Trilaterals are a force working within government Matt not "behind it", that's fairly easy to prove. Count how many there have been in government since 1973 and what effect it has had on U.S. policy. You and I both know that the shear number of government decisions made by the thousands in government everyday would make it impossible for anyone one group to ever control them all.

Maybe if you'd climb down off your high horse for a minute and actually listen to what I am saying instead of jumping to conclusions and putting words in my mouth you'd learn something. Something like oh I dunno...the new world order isn't made up of one just one group or organization but many organizations and individuals who share the same basic goals but may have different approaches on how to reach those goals.

The Trilaterals are mainly interested in forging a "new economic order" and we can see how well their efforts are paying off by listening to Obama and the Wall Street boys (and the European financiers) meeting with each other talking about merging our U.S. central banking system with european central banks under some kind of global Federal Reserve system. In other words a global central bank with no congressional oversight that only a handfull of transnational oligarchs would manage. Or in other other words...a "new economic order" is being developed right before your eyes in plain sight. It ain't no scecret conspiracy.

In case you hadn't thought about it, no congressional oversight would place this handfull of oligarchs above our government...not behind it. The two groups who do have power to control what our government does are the international financiers and the multinational corporations. If you go back in history a couple hundred years and read what the founders of the USA were saying about these financiers and corporations it'll sound alot like what I am saying today. But I don't suppose you'd believe what those old dead conspiracy theorists who founded the greatest nation on the face of this earth were saying either. Or, would you?

Go ahead go back and read what George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were saying about the idea of a central bank and the corporations "that will grow up around them" (TJ). They warned us two hundred plus years ago about fiat money systems and multinational corproations, you'd think by now the almighty majority would have listened, eh?

I never thought of it that way before Tom but after hearing all the world leaders coming out in favor of a new world order I guess you're right.

As of right now this thread has been viewed 108 times but only 8 people voted. So far it looks like the real majority couldn't care less one way or the other.

Do I believe that the NWO is a real threat? YES!

Do I believe, as you seem to(??), that every politician and event is geared toward that end?? NO!!

As to the reality, I do firmly believe that it's real, simply because that will be the aim of the anti-christ; and "you know who" is leading the world toward that end through his lies, and subterfuges that the masses are more than willing to buy into.

Why?? Simply because he is promising them something for nothing, and the masses are too "fat, dumb and happy" to see past the fact that somebody's gotta pay for whatever! -- IOW, "There ain't no free lunch!"

I don't believe every politician and event is geared toward that end. Just most of em. :tonofbricks:

Do you think there is a "conspiracy" (to act in harmony toward a common end) among the world's leaders, international bankers, and multinational corporations to form a one world government (corptocracy)? I don't see how we can use "to join in a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act or an act which becomes unlawful as a result of the secret agreement" because most of the world leaders have spoke out publically (including the Pope) in favor of a NWO so it isn't secret and it wouldn't be "unlawful" because they're passing laws right and left (NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, Codex Alimentarius, etc.) to make it legal.

Nevermind Marbury vs Madison which would make their laws null and void. It's probably safe to say that most folks have never heard about Marbury vs Madison so they'd never know these "laws" were null and void.

The real majority doesn't care enough or maybe they're just to intimidated to vote, Matt.

Yeah...I forgot that "the state" is monitoring the BB and if someone votes in this poll they might be put on an extremist or terrorist list.

In fact, you've just figured out why I don't believe in your conspiracy theories. It's all just an act on my part...I really do believe. I just don't want "them" to know!

Oh, boy, I think I just let the cat out of the bag...

Matt, if you should drop off the edge of the earth we will then be wise to the activities of the various Conspiratorial committees. As I see it they will start with Jacksonville and work south. by the time they sweep through St Augustine, Palatka will be fairly warned.

As long as they don't mess with the shrimp run, we'll be OK Mel. Let me know when they start running down there so I can ready myself up here :).
