I used to listen to his broadcast back in the 80's.

Didnt agree with everything he said but I never heard anything that would cause me to question his salvation.

    he's pretty far out there...

...but folks need to be careful of deciding themselves the judge of who is, and isn't, saved.

I listened to him when I was in College. And I read his book Dead Air. And I think he sees demons in every nook and cranny. He's better suited to George Noory Coast to Coast.

Coast to Coast doesn't claim that all their guests speak the truth. Just the opposite!

But I do here stuff on Coast weeks before it gets into the main stream press. For example, how many years did it take the government to admit to the existence of Gulf War Syndrome? Then there is the frog die off, the Honey bee die off, and now the bat white mouth stuff?

Those are good points and yes I knew about GWS before it became public because many of my buddies have it. I was fortunate. However, One unit I know of is pretty much history except for one person and he's in bad shape. However, I don't take to the talks about Mu nor do I believe in spiritual guides or alien conspiracies.

I read part of Dead Air. I ended up tossing it. I found it highly offensive. Yeah, I understand the subject matter. But it was way too explicit to be considered "Christian Fiction." Or for my taste at least.

Fortunately, I got it on a ten cent rack at a Christian book store. I went back to that store a short time ago. They still had some copies of the book. I expressed my opinion of the book to a store employee. Told them I think it needed to be taken off the shelf.

I don't believe Bob Larson is unsaved. If he's accepted Christ as savior, then it's it's reseaonable to view him as saved.

Now, whether's he's righteous as far as his application of beliefs, no, he's way off. I believe him to be a sensationalist, using the topic of demons to foster a following. This smacks of diningenuity on his part.

I'm not passing judgement on their salvation. However, if you combine Jack Deere (NAR) and Bob (the demon slayer) Larson, there's enough false teaching to make 2 torpedos and sink 2 battleships.

I listened to him years ago when he was carried on our local Christian AM radio station.

He was always bigtime into spiritual warfare concerning young people and their naturally rebellious habits of the teen years.

Seemed like equated every messed-up teen caller to some Satanic bondage/demonic hold in their lives.

In fact his shows started to border on Jerry Springer-like entertainment.

Also, Larson was constantly haranguing his listeners that he needed money, money, money, to keep his ministry going.

Larson did not live the life outside of his radio ministry of the unworldly, hard working, Christian excorcist. He put much of the donated money into lavish living, that didn't seem to reflect what he/Larson projected on the radio.

He was taken to task by some secular news outlets with interviews and was very belligerent, and un-cooperative when questioned about his finances.

If Larson is saved, only God knows, as this man may have started out fairly scriptural in his early life, but for all practical purposes, he's a real "black eye" to the body of Christ. This type of preacher or notable alleged Christian must bring much sadness, and even anger to our Lord. Larson only hurts the work of dedicated Christian servants.

He/Larson also causes the unsaved to mock Christ and His church. Might as well stick my head in the juicer, and include Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Robert Tilton in the mix too. :(

Now he's got his kid into the Ghostbusting business.

    http://www.andersoncooper.com/2012/02/27/how-the-teens-got-involved-in-exorcism/

I agree with others. Did some looking on his facebook page and the man sees a devil under every rock and any sin we committ is because of oppression/possession. You look at an attractive woman, then you have a demon of lust. Stub your toe and punch a wall, you have a demon of anger. This guy likes to broadcast all of his "exorcisms" on facebook, youtube, etc. Sounds to me like he just enjoying exploiting Christianity for his gain. Toss him into the pile.

Yup, saw the Anderson Cooper interview with Larson and his daughters this morning. When one of the daughters was asked by Cooper 'what qualifies you to do an excorscism' she responded, 'my dad is right there next to me through it all, I have been around exorcisms all my life, so I know just what to do.'

    Sounds like 'Marjo' over again
