President Barack Obama's job approval rating is down to 42%, with a decline in approval from Democrats the leading factor.

The latest Zogby Interactive poll of 4,518 likely voters conducted from August 28-31 found 48% disapprove and 42% approve of the job Obama is doing. The poll found 75% of Democrats approve of Obama's performance, a drop of 13 points among Democrats from an interactive poll done July 21-24 of this year.

Zogby, the only poll that makes Rasmussen look legit. All the other polls still have him over 50%. Something interesting I see in every poll, no matter how low the Democrats and Obama goes they still remain above the Republican's. Does that mean no one gets elected in 2010 or do we pick the highest of the lows?

You cannot weasel out of your unpatriotic statement and hope. You are no patriot. A person cannot say he is loyal and at the same time hope for failure that would result in harm to millions of Americans. You are not conservative, you are only self-centered.

I don't seem to recall you ever hoping the George W. Bush succeeded in his policies.

Standing against Marxism is the epitome of patriotism. Holding to the founding of this country is the right thing to do. Go patriots!

And how exactly does the failure of "the one's" plans for the socialization of America result in "harm to millions of Americans"?

    So according to your post....Obama=America?

You have no idea that a dissenting view is not only constitutional but is the best way to run this country? No matter who is in the Presidents office, there will be dissenters. All of a sudden, it is YOU who decides who is patriotic? We have a name for that. It was called the American Revolution you Tory.

 Ok . I'm self centered.

And you're a simpering liberal sycophant.

    Even?

Now find something sensible to say or just shut up

Obama's numbers are dropping? Say, we haven't heard from Osama Bin Lazarus in awhile maybe he'll pop up to help Obama like he did Bush whenever his numbers were falling or public opinion wasn't going his way. Nothing like a bad scary boogeyman to rally the people around the prez.

    Romans 13:2-4 (New International Version)

2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.

1 Timothy 2:1-3 (New International Version)

    1 Timothy 2

    Instructions on Worship

1I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— 2for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3This is good, and pleases God our Savior,

    Hosea 8 4

They have set up kings, but not by me: they have made princes, and I knew it not: of their silver and their gold have they made them idols, that they may be cut off.

    Romans 6 16

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

    1 John 5 19

And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

So you would have us yield ourselves as servants to the wicked of the world?

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
