    From HERE:

U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land tossed out on Wednesday a complaint by an Army captain fighting deployment to Iraq by questioning the legitimacy of President Barack Obama.

Land also put attorney Orly Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes and is a leader in the national “birther” movement, on notice by stating that she could face sanctions if she ever again files in his court a similar “frivolous” lawsuit — a document that at one point the judge states that a middle school student could find irony in.

Obama has no business being commander in chief to our military. He doesn't even have military experience, and he treats our service men and women like second class citizens.

While Obama was visiting overseas with the top brass, several men in my brothers unit lined up to see and shake hands with Obama, and he wouldn't even give them the time of day. He doesn't deserve ANY respect from the US military.

That is true of many presidents. Military service is not a Constitutional requirement.

I disagree. He is their commander.

That said, let's stay on topic. Start one on this if you like.

Point taken. I will start another thread, since your op was about the "birther."

The courts have consistantly refused to hear the evidence. Does that make them just or just complicit?

Being a veteran, I think I can safely insert my two-cents here. Though I do not approve of POTUS's causes, nor his party's, I still respect the office, and believe, with all my heart, that the officer who brought this suit should be summarily dismissed from military service with extreme prejudice. It is NOT her place to question BHO's right to sit in the chair he is sitting in, she gave up that right when she spoke her oath.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not a left-winger on this, but I absolutely believe in the fact that we should absolutely support the position of POTUS. Without fail. Else we will only draw more problems.

If she had a REAL problem with it, she could have resigned her commission.

BTW, I'd still like to see the BC too. :)

Like somebody told me once long ago: "you got a cent in your pocket, the officer you hate with a passion passes by but you give him the salute, anyway. You feel your pocket, your cent is still in there. Officer's behind you, you spit in the ground, but say nothing.".

Respect the rank in public. Spit on the person in private.
