    The EPA has ruled that carbon dioxide is a pollutant so you air breathers out there can't, I mean it, you can't exhale!

    What's the problem. It IS a pollutant, when in high enough quantity. Don't believe me? Lock yourself in a room filled with carbon dioxide and nothing else. Let me know how that workd for you.

    No need to go off the deep end on the topic. If industries are producing sufficiently high amounts of CO2 to be a concern, then what's the problem? Yeah, I know, nanny state, granny state, whaaaamy state, global warming global schmarming, all those arguments are well and good, but they're a different topic from whether the production of CO2 by industries should be regulated. If industries are producing it as a waste product, then the production of it should be regulated.

    The major concern, at least to me, is the stifle regulations such as this will have on our economy. The more regulation you pass on business, the larger their cost of business. That translates directly into fewer jobs. In this troubled economy, we should be doing everything we can to promote business, not stifle it.

    It was a size 8.5 I think.

    I'm not arguing the ridiculousness of government overreaching. I'm simply saying that industrial waste products should be regulated. If CO2 is a waste product of industry, it stands to reason that its output be regulated. That's not to say such regulation can't be abused, but that's a different topic.

    Be nice if the proponents of Cap and Trade who want to destroy our economy would quit inhaling and exhaling. Seriously, they really believe that global warming is real. It should be a crime to politicize junk science.
