    Apparently not...

"This year, Congress restricted the ability of the executive branch to transfer detainees into domestic prisons, a ban reiterated in the 2010 military appropriations bill."

Your hero the abortionist in chief announced they were guilty and would be sentenced to the death penalty. Of course these guys were not picked up sitting on their sofa's eating chips watching A Christmas Story in HD. Were they?

Obama is not my "hero." He should not have made that statement. Maybe you should read posts I made where I criticize Obama. About your question, that's for a jury or military commission to decide. With that said, do you want to kill exonerated ex-Gitmo detainees like Lakhdar Boumediene without trial?

Your only criticism of "the one" is that he is not extremely liberal enough for your taste.

Changed your mind on military commissions have you?

    Now they are acceptable?

Please, don't try to pretend to be reasonable on this matter at this point.

    Exonerated?

    Because he was released?

    That means he was "exonerated"?

    Phu-leeeze !!!

By the way are you aware of the recidivism rate for the "exonerated" once released from Gitmo?

One in seven of them are picked up again for terrorist activities.

And with Obama's policies in place that rate is increasing.
