Sorry. I avoid World of Warcrack as much as possible. :D I know many who play, but it is too big of a temptation for me to get started (it is too much like a part of my past that the Lord has aready dealt with).

That, and I simply refuse to continue to pay for a game after I have already bought it. ;)

I tend to agree. I have a friend who played NeverWinter nights for which I called Never Ending nights, because all he did was play this game. He was so addicted he lost two Jobs. One of which I helped him obtain. He met up with a girl that supports his habit and he's disapeared from the land of the Living. If I play a game I like those strategy games like Midieval Total War. But I have to limit my time and number of days. I'll rarely spend an hour on it.

My favorite types of games are strategy or strategy/rpg mix like Fallout 1 and 2, Civilization, Master of Orion II, and the Medieval Total War mentioned. Usually any turn-based war game is my cup of tea.

However, I play Guild Wars mmorpg since there is no monthly fee. That way, I don't get sucked into the addiction further by worrying about "well, I've paid already, need to play or wasting money".

If I get busy and go 6 or 7 days without getting to log on to Guild Wars, I don't sweat it.

I play it a bit, I love the ambience and puzzles ( not enough ) and doing in the baddies, have a lvl 75 ( working on him at the moment ) dwarf hunter and a 80 Pally ( Horde Blood Elf ).

I can understand negative views on the game with regards to magic etc etc etc, but even as Christians we are fighting demons etc etc.

I have a guild called Righteous Force. :)

Anyone else gotten into Battlefield:Bad Company 2? I play on my PC and it is awesome. I do wish there was a way to turn off the language in it, though. Even so it is a killer game. I play with some guys from the forum I run, as well as starting to game with my old clanmates (hoping to get back together with them).

Anyway, does anyone else play BC2?
