    What a joke. Just why can't the Obama administration see that if a person attempts to blow up a plane of American's, over an American city, on an American holiday [Christmas, no less], that this individual in NOT a common criminal. He is a card carrying Terrorist. Even his terrorist organization [Al Queda] have taken public responsibility for his actions, and ALL of this adds up to him being a "terrorist", a "war criminal" because his organization is at war with our country.

    Holder and Obama need to be arrested and tried for being enemies of the state, as they continue to do things their way, and not in accordance to the Constitution and the best interest of the citizens of the United States of America.

    I think we are on solid ground to impeach Obama, as he is NOT protecting the citizens of this great nation in accordance with the OATH he took to protect this country....let's DUMP this guy [Obama] before his actions turn this country into a "dump."

    I neither agree nor disagree with the OP, but I wonder how many persons believe finding Ramzi Yousef guilty on four counts in the 1993 WTC bombing was treason or grounds for impeachment.

    He should be brought before a military commission within 24 hours, right where he was arrested. After conviction, tie him to an unmanned drone, set the explosives, and guide it right into a nest of terrorists.
