In a one-two series of Climategate aftershocks that assuredly will further rattle the global warming community, a report has been issued by U.S. researchers accusing government agencies of cherry-picking temperature readings used to assess global temperatures, and a series of embarrassing e-mails were released revealing what happened when a blogger dared to point out a mistake by NASA climate scientists.

The new report is from scientist Joseph D'Aleo and was highlighted in a report on global warming on KUSI television in San Diego.

It comes only weeks after the tumultuous climategate e-mail scandal in Britain erupted, proving top global warming scientists manipulated data there.

The report from D'Aleo, a retired climatologist who has been skeptical of global warming, contends climate data has been corrupted and skewed by "urbanization and other local factors such as land-use-land-cover changes and improper siting."

He blamed the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which he described as "seriously complicit in data manipulation and fraud."

global warming exists only if you manupilate facts, and discard facts that do not prove global warming. omly fools still believe in this.

I wouldn't say it that way donnA, because global warming does happen as it has for ever. It is cyclical as most honest scientists will proclaim and this is due to various reasons such as solar activity. The global warming I'll assume you are speaking of is man-made warming. I also doubt that man can make our earth warm or cool by our activity, but I'm sure a minuscule amount can be attributed to us, but not enough to return to the pre-industrial era.

Rather elitist of you to think that one who will be most dramatically affected by policies based on this psuedoscience has no say in the matter.

Your support of a man who claims it is "several million degrees, just a few kilometers under the Earth's crust" tells me you care only about intelligence when it makes a conservative look bad. Elitists LOVE to say "kilometers".

Theology of any climate change should be what?

We most all think that Noah landed his boat somewhere in North Africa/South Asia. God promised Noah that he would never again mess with the climate yet that area has cyclical starvations due to drought.

Is God a lawyer? If God only kills 99% of the people has he kept his promise not to kill all the people?

I agree with your thoughts on anthropogenic global warming, but don't get this line. I use 'kilometres' every day and I am certainly no elitist :).

When it comes to enacting public policy, the aforementioned moonshiner has a say. That's what really bites you, ain't it.

You're not suggesting that there aren't reputable scientists that understand the scam of MMGW...er, climate change...right?

Many have been posted. Tons of folks a whole lot smarter than you or I have shown, empirically, the problems (and outright fraud) of the global warm, er, climate change crowd.
