Pray 4 our niece

    Please remember in your prayer our niece, Postka, who has diagnosed with a terminal liver cancer and has about 4 weeks to live. Most importantly pray for her salvation, and that the Lord opens her eyes to the saving Gospel, which is being presented to her daily. She has given up on life and does not think that there is anything after death. She said that God has abandoned her, and she does not believe in Him. Our daughter visited her with a friend and talked to her heart. She was somewhat softened in her stand and even asked for a large print New Testament, as her eyesight has diminished. Please pray that when our daughter goes back with the Bible, our niece's heart will be receptive to the word of God and give her heart to Jesus. Thank you! :flower:

    :praying: for Postka who needs You as her Savior!
    :praying: Postka will have a receptive heart as her mother reads Your
    word to her and she will accept your love and grace of salvation.
    We are praying that she will accept what You have already done for
    her on the Cross because You love Postka.

    My prayers for Postka's heart to be softened and to receive the Lord Jesus as her Savior even in this painful time.

    My prayers for her family to be strengthened and to uphold her and each other at this time.

    I am sorry, but I also am confident in the Lord.

    Dear Lord,
    You know your will that 'all might be saved' and that you gave your only son who completed the price of redemption for one such as this. Remember Postka, heavenly Father, who is lost and so in need of you and salvation and do whatever it takes. Father, you also know the number of our days and the urgency of this time in this life and in the decisions of this prescious one. You are a God of miracles but there is none so great as the miracle of salvation for which we thank you Lord and give you the praise. Make soft the heart of this child; Open her hearing to hear your Word. Open her understanding to the necessity of salvation. Help her to feel the moving presence of your loving spirit and give her the faith to respond. Touch her feeble body and ease her pain and help her to know how near you are. Direct her thoughts to resolve what conflicts she has entertained in the past and set up a hedge of protection against the firey darts of the enemy, and help her to receive the water of life and drink deeply from the well which you supply. Thanking you father for the confidence in you, and how great is your faithfulness, and how pure your love, and that you hear and do answer prayer, and that we can have confidence in the outcomes asked according to your will. And, in this case, we can have confidence in knowing your will, for you have told us by your Word, and you are faithful and true. Thanking you and praising you, Holy Father, that you hear our prayers and inhabit our praise, and can have peace in placing this child in your hands, committing her to your care, and trusting you to move through those you send to minister of your grace, in Jesus precious name, so be it, amen.

    Thank you folks for your prayers. Potska is being released this morning from St. Luke's Hospital, as they are unabale to help her anymore and allow her to be in her home surroundings. She has not much to live, unless the Great Physician reverses her condition. She has been a little more receptive to the Word of God, which was presented to her on several occasions - but she has a stumbling block, her own righteousness. She considers herself to be too good, and definitely not a sinner, to surrender her heart to the Lord. Her sister will arrive this morning from Florida to be with her and care for her. We hope and trust that before Potska will leave her earthly tabernacle, she will give her heart to Jesus.

    Thank you folks for continued prayer on behalf of our niece, Potska. She has such a thick scale over her heart - it is called pride. She always believed that she was such a good person (and she was), but the Bible tells us that our goodness cannot take us to heaven, for then Christ's sacrifice on the cross of Calvary was of no effect. We pray for her every day (and many times during the day) that the Lord clear off the scales from her eyes that she may see the truth. I have written her a 4-page letter, trying to reach her very heart.... and I only hope that she will read it and meditate upon it, before the Lord calls her. Thank you all for praying!     :praying: knowing that God does not want anyone including Postka to perish
    but have everlasting life. Lord, You know if she will accept You as Lord and
    Savior of her life we ask that You allow her blinded eyes to see You as her Savior and the only Way to Heaven! We pray this in Your lovely Name ,Jesus.

    I pray that you will speak to Poshka's heart and that she will come to know you as her Lord and Saviour.
