    The devil is in the details. Say the state legislature of whatever passes a resolution to withdraw from the union and Washington ignores it. What happens next? The retired people in that state quit spending their SS checks? Fat chance of that!

    Immaterial. Whom do you propose we should kill in 2010 to pull this off and where should we kill them? In the state which is seceding or in DC?
