It makes no difference what the America people wants, they will do what they want. They will keep reselling or advertising it hoping to get 50 percent or more to their side. If one repacks the deal enough, people will have heard about it enough that they might turn for it. How sad.

I think the state of Arizona and the other states who oppose illegal aliens or are economicaly or otherwise adversely impacted should counter sue the federal government and the executive branch for dereliction of duty and failure to perform.... or some kind of suit.

This suit from Obama's DOJ is an action of legal aggression and threat against the state and the welfare of the people of Arizona. If he succeeds there, he can succeed with any similar action against the laws of other states.... where he finds any comparison, either in duplicity as with Arizona or in contrast with a federal law, imo.

I agree!!! But do they have the money to do it. Big government always wishes to step on smaller government or make it even smaller and less relevant, or that is what I was taught.

You are correct. They are in hope that more and more people will buy their point of view, I don't think it will sell with most American that I know. Even down here with my friends to the left, don't buy into this, but this isn't NY or the larger liberal parts of our country.
All of this could be a thing of the past if our government would up hold the law, both parties haven't done what they should have done when in power.

States rights is a thing of the past it looks like. States are to follow the law but the federal government picks which laws they wish to enforce. What a shame!!!
