After years of legal wrangling, a giant (77', 7" tall) cross that has been laying on private property near Kerrville, Texas was finally erected. The group behind it, The Coming King Foundation, plans on building gardens around it, as well as a library, museum, art exhibit, and eventually...pad lease sites for restaurants and other businesses. They also want to help other locations across the country build their own "gardens". Locals have strong opinions on both sides of the debate.

Has anyone ever heard of the group behind it? They appear to be some sort of Latter Rain Movement group. A look at their web page reveals strikingly similar beliefs as Baptists. However, the leader of the group claims many "personal revelations", and says that "gold dust" was on their followers' hands after they laid their hands on the cross in prayer.

Never heard of this particular group. But the Charismatic and Prophetic movements are to be avoided. Also, this particular group is making images of God, forbidden by God in His Law.

RB might be saying that because they reject Sola Scriptura, teach false doctrine, and minister a demonic spirit. Read up on the Latter Rain crowd. The Bible is an inconvenient truth for them.

Google Rick Joyner. Lots of eye-opening information.
