All of those who believe the rhetoric coming out of DC and the PR spin that wants us to believe the Muslims "Just want to get along", please continue to scroll down the Snopes.com approved photos.

    SEE: http://www.snopes.com/photos/politics/muslimprotest.asp

This is why the Mosque near the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York must not, and cannot be built.

After looking over these photos, did any of you still believe that the Muslim Religion is a "peace-loving" religion.

Please answer questions on the attached survey. THANKS!

    Shalom,

    Pastor Paul

I wouldn't argue with your conclusion, but I disagree with the evidence. Rather than a select few photos I would look to the words and actions of Mohammad, and some of the words in the koran for the proof.

I was on a secular football sight once and someone claimed that Baptist were "hate mongers", and posted photos of the Phelps gang as "proof". I disputed the claim, and while I think some did get my point, sadly there were many that didn't and took the photos as proof enough.

Read the history about Mohammad, it isn't a nice picture. It is a religion and a political system rolled into one, much like Iran is today. He would sign a cease fire but not a peace treaty, until he had the upper hand and then he would be on the attack. Much like the PLO did with Israel for years.

Exactly, just one example of many.

Paul, I would not mind participating in most of your many polls if you would just put them in the right place. This one seems like it belongs in Polls, news or politics.

While I totally do not want this Mosque to be built I do not want to destroy our constitution. By the way I do not want any Mosque anyplace, but I also do not want to loose my freedom of religion. Any suggestion that this Mosque cannot be built means that the constitution no longer can stand on freedom of religion and that means that the Christian faith is in big trouble. Instead of destroying our freedoms to stop one religious sect the Christian community needs to return to God and He will raise us up again. These things are not happening because we are following God. There would be no need to fear if we were following the Lord as we claim we are.
    2Chron 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Most if not all the critics of building the mosque that I have seen, agree they have the legal right to do so, but insist instead that they should reconsider doing so.

That is true and while I hope that they reconsider, actually build no place, I stand with their right to build on that spot. If I do not then I stand against my right for the same freedom. We need to be ever so careful about what we whine about. Germany is a clear example of a people who gave up their rights under Hitler with the expectations of gaining great freedoms and protections which never came.
