    This is a violation of human rights. No individual should be jailed for expressing his opinion.

    Or for expressing Christian beliefs based on scripture. As I often say, everyone has freedom of speech except Christians.

    I would say this is already here in the US. There is just not as much enforcement, but the hate crime laws are already law.

    Preach the Word, in season or out. Leave the results to God.

    This is the end result of hate crime legislation. It'll take a while to get that far here, but it likely will get to this point.

    It's tough to speak out. Carl Paladino, the Tea Party candidate who dared speak out against homosexuality, has almost certainly destroyed his career with one statement to an Orthodox Jewish group.

    Not sure how to stop the tide without more Christians and other social conservatives speaking out.

    I think its stupid how people get their feelings hurt when you call something for what it really is, especially from a pastor. A pastor's job may require stepping on toes of other people. Its not always pleasant, but that's that way it is supposed to be.
