Currently the Dems are trying to push thru the so-called tax cut bill - which inclused millions in pork barrel spending. I understand that the bill is hundreds of pages long.
The other day, Rush Limbaugh stated that the Dems have been working on this bill even before the election - beacuse they knew that they would loose the House.
    So is Rush right?

I thought the tax cut bill was separate from the Omnibus spending Bill?

And, what did Rush say about the Tax Bill? Can't listen at work...

The bill is horrific and has touched off a firestorm in Washington, where one Congress person is accusing another of being non-Christian (true in some cases, but incorrectly applied) simply because they refuse to sign this bill and let everyone go home for the Christmas holiday.

Hey, I'll be on leave until after the first anyway...

    Shut It Down!

    Pass a Continuing Resolution,

Or, get rid of all earmarks!

At this point I liken these talk radio guys to the eschatological pessimist.

"Hey, listen! Listen to me! There is going to be turmoil in the Middle East! Turmoil I tells ya! The Arabs and the Jews will not like each other. I betcha someone will even strap a bomb to themselves and run into a crowded space. That is how I know we are in the End Times!"

Kinda like they say: "A pessimist is never surprised..."

BTW: I actually think it is not that Rush is right so much as Congress is that predictable.
