His lack of name recognition is a problem, but then again, who ever heard of Sarah Palin before the last presidential primaries?

Love Him. I would vote for Cain, but I don't know that the repubican establishment will give me the chance.

Because he would of course be running against O'bama, do you think his race would be a plus or a minus?

I think the fact Cain is running is a huge plus for the GOB. Just to get some recognition for the black conservatives out there would help.

Man Salty's been necro-ing threads all day long.

At this point Cain's accusers have gone silent, he's layered up, there will be some litigation from him against them soon IMHO.

He's goose is cooked btw. It is sad that this happened, proves the point about lack of journalistic ethics though.

The headline today on CNN shows Gringrich surgings and Cain falling, at least for now.

I trust CNN polls about as much as I trust CNN to report the news without a liberal slant.

Herman is leading or tied with Romney in other national polls.

I doubt very much that "his goose is cooked". It is nowhere near the oven. I love to hear the pundits pun and the experts ex.

Some people only believe what they want to be true.

All I did was post the result of a CNN poll. I did not choose sides, just reported the link to the poll.

I believe you will see Cain slip more and more as the weeks go by. However, this is contingent on what else Cain does and what happens in the other republican campaigns.

Although I am not a Cain supporter, it isn't because of these stories, it is mainly because I do not like his 999 plan and I don't see him winning a presidential election.

But why just only ONE poll - esp from a liberal source.

Lets take a look at this site - I think you may get a better picture.

My homepage is CNN. I saw this headline and posted it. I did not make any derogatory remarks about Cain. If you want to support him do so, but with all the scandals, don't expect him to actually win the nomination.

Why do you question everything? I might think that you are trying to imply that I am only interested in a poll that will put Cain in a bad light. This isn't true. I see this morning that Gringrich has risen to the top, and I surely don't support him. Perhaps the poster who started this thread should also refer to dozens of polls. Does it bother you that he doesn't?
