IF you hold to a post trib rapture...

What makes it seperate from the actual Second Coming?

They are two different events, but they happen pretty much simultaneously. Read 1Thes 4:16-17.

Actually the Second Comming is at the end of the 7 year rapture.

At the rapture, He only comes in the clouds, he does not actually come back to Earth

Historical premillenialism (the view I hold) is often confused with post-tribulationalism. But both differ on some points.

For post-tribulationalism, the key is that after the 7 year tribulation, which the Church endures along with the rest of creation, they are then taken up and meet Christ in the sky as He returns prior to the millennial reign. The Great White Throne Judgment, depending on your views, happens after the millennial reign.

Historic premillenialism, depending on your particular brand, usually doesn't believe in a literal 7 year tribulation.

    Well cheerio! :)

Post trib is U-turn theology and defies any kind of reason or logic.

No more than you or anyone on this board. Missed the memo where we were not supposed to give our view and opinions in a debate forum...
