Doctrines of the Gospel that have been neglected, such as Election of Grace, the quickening of the Spirit or Regeneration, these things have been relegated to a sub group and apart from the Gospel of God's Grace.

As the Gospel is the good news of Salvation, and Salvation is only by the Grace of God. So what doctrines in the bible enumerate what God has purposed and accomplished to save His People by Grace ?

For God had promised to save His People from their sins Matt 1:21, and the Gospel of God's Grace explains How He accomplished this..

    Acts 20:

24But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God

To believe the Gospel of the Grace of God is to believe everything that Grace has to say about How God saves a sinner.

A Gospel message that does not emphasize the Grace of God in Salvation, will leave room for many to think there is something he or she must do, something they must contribute, to get themselves saved, for example, like works, faith or believing, or water baptism, for this type of Gospel cannot lead one to Trust God through Christ alone in His Elective Purposes..

In general I agree with your position. However, in specific, God has elected the means just as much as he has elected the persons and it is "through" faith and the preaching of the gospel (2 Thes. 2:13-14; Eph. 2:8-10). Salvation is not apart from free will but obtains willingness on the part of His elect. Just as there is no such thing as gospel repentance without gospel faith there is no such thing as regeneration without conversion to the gospel. There is no such thing as an unregenerated gospel believer just as there is no such thing as a regenerated unbeliever. The heart given by God is a believing heart (Rom. 10:8-10).

Not one doctrine of God's Grace in salvation should be neglected, for if we keep back any of it, we are not truthful stewards of the Mysteries of the Faith 1 Tim 3:9 and cannot say as Paul said here Acts 20:26-27

26Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.

27For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

That is if we shrink back, we have been unfaithful stewards in God's sight and our motives obviously were not the Glory of God through Christ Jesus.

Evangelizing the Gospel of God's Grace in Salvation, this must consist of systematically setting forth those Truths that teach and give man no reason to boast about what he did or was enabled to do to get saved.

Everything Grace has to say about salvation is contained in the gospel i.e Eph 1:3-13 and not one word of it gives any reason for one to believe that man has any cause to boast of what he or she has done or what God has enabled them to do.

Preaching the Gospel of God's Grace in Salvation ! -

In order to show the full extent of what the Gospel is and to show His People that the gospel of the good news of salvation is not limited to the person and work of Christ, but includes also the Father and the Work of the Spirit, who they are and what they have done, hence, this is the Gospel of the Kingdom. Now Christ is most certain in the Gospel, the very core of the Gospel is His Person and work, and none are saved apart from His work of the Cross, but the Gospel of the Kingdom deals not only with what was done by Grace through Christ, but also what is done through Grace by the Father and the Blessed Spirit too. Christ work Justifies, the Father's choosing who was to be Justified by the blood of Christ, and the Spirit quickens or gives Life to all whom the Father has chosen, and the Son died for and Justified by His blood. Rom 5:9

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

The Plan is complete and should not be restricted to one Person in the Godhead, because it can be only the complete plan of redemption by grace, and hence the Gospel of salvation by grace, when the entire work of the Trinity or Godhead is made known.

The Gospel of the Grace of God

The Plan is complete and should not be restricted to one Person in the Godhead, because it can be only the complete plan of redemption by grace, and hence the Gospel of salvation by grace, when the entire work of the Trinity or Godhead is made known.

    Scripture says 2 Tim 1:9

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Election as in the election of grace Rom 11:5-6, was due to God's purpose and grace, as well as every other aspect of salvation. Christ's work, his redeeming death, imputation of righteousness was due to the purpose and grace of God, and so was the regenerating work of the Spirit Titus 3:5-7; hence no part of salvation could have occurred without the Grace of God, James states in James 1:18, so whatever part of salvation is due to God's will, purpose and grace, should be in the Gospel, the word of Truth.

For when the Gospel of the Grace of God is rightly taught in the whole counsel of God, from election to glorification, it gives no room for man to boast.

For man to have been saved by Grace through Faith, man had to be elected by God the Father solely according to Grace Eph 1:4-6; Rom 11:5-7; he had to have a Mediator Saviour to obey the law for him and die for his sins, establishing and imputing to him righteousness, then man had to have a new birth from the Spirit, No salvation could have taken place without these Three facets, and so no true Gospel is preached without these being made known !

The Gospel of the Grace of God

For us to fully, properly and biblically believe in Salvation by Grace, one must know of all the doctrines of Grace, for these Grace doctrines are essential to saving Faith [the evidence of it] because each doctrine is mandatory to a proper understanding, that one may see how, and believe why Salvation is all of grace, so thats why they ought be preached as gospel, and why paul says Acts 20:

27For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

God's Salvation plan is a counsel Eph 1:4-13 and the Gospel reveals it.

One must see through Gospel preaching how that Salvation from election to glorification is all by the Sovereign Grace of God. For Salvation is wholly dependent upon the Sovereign Grace of God, and not one iota of it depends on what man must do.

The gospel reveals to us the spiritual condition or state of man by nature, even the elect prior to salvation or conversion Eph 2:1-3 & Rom 1:18-3:20. Therefore the doctrine that teaches the total depravity or inability of men by nature, mans inability to come to God or to even desire the True God or Christ Jn 6:44; Rom 3:11, for this doctrine is essential to teaching the Gospel of God's Grace, it gives criteria in understanding why Salvation must be by Sovereign Grace. Even though we have scripture in Rom 1:

19Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Yet we cannot overlook 1 Cor 1:

21For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

The world does not know God experimentally through its wisdom and natural reasoning, no matter how superior, so there is a knowing God theoretically without Knowing Him experimentally.

The Gospel of God's Grace !

The Gospel of God's Grace reveals that not one part of salvation is conditioned on the sinner, yes even believing is through Grace Acts 18:27

27And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through [ DIA because of] grace:

Faith is not of our nature, nor of the so called freewill, but its a gift of God's Grace, yes His saving grace !

All of Salvation is based or conditioned upon God's Grace Eph 2:8.

Now listen, if God has done everything in saving His People by Grace, then quite appropriate it is for the Gospel of their salvation [ Eph 1:13] for it to be a full and accurate explanation of How He does it ! How could the Gospel of God's Grace neglect to set forth details of that redeeming Grace necessary to save God's People from their sins ?

On the other hand, God wrote the script which requires us to be saved by God's grace. This complicates the situation. <G>

God is not the author of sin although he is the author of free will and alternative choices which necessitates the permission of sin to enter into His creation. To say it another way God is not the direct cause of sin but the indirect cause. Free will necessitates sin as a viable option which without there is no free choice as there is no viable option to obedience.

Preaching the Gospel of God's Grace Acts 20:24

Now it appears in scripture that Grace, Salvation, and the Gospel form a common union, a whole Eph 2:8;1:13;Acts 20:24, For Grace and Salvation are spoken of in the Gospel, and Salvation and the Gospel are all about Grace, and Grace and the Gospel are about Salvation, the Former [ Grace] makes [ Salvation] happen and the Gospel Proclaims it !

So without question the Gospel is about the Grace of God in the Salvation of men, especially the Elect, the Election of Grace Rom 11:5; 2 Tim 2:10

In light of this, how could the Gospel not be a systematic setting forth of those doctrines of Grace in regards to the Salvation of God's Chosen People, which He foreknew ?

So in the Gospel of God [ Rom 1:1] and His Grace, could God leave out any one part of His Grace that it took for Him to save His People out of the Gospel He designates as the Gospel of God's Grace Acts 20:24 ?

Would God consider any portion of His Grace as not being very important or essential to His Salvation Purpose as delineated by the Gospel of His Grace ? Any Gospel which neglects any Doctrine of Grace, which reveals fully how God saves His People is a False Gospel, and those believing it are accursed of God Gal 1:8-9 !

Why is this theory of moral cause and effect only used to excuse God? Why do Baptists not apply this theory to A-moral substances such as alcohol and marijuana?

I once attended a Baptist Church which treated a long time member as a 2nd class citizen because he drove a beer truck. Why is it OK for God to be an indirect cause but evil for this dues paying Baptist to be an indirect cause?

    PREACH IT!

But why isn't God prohibited from electing people who never hear of Jesus?

It is not used to excuse God because the Bible does not accuse God to be the author of sin. It is used to explain the Biblical facts:

    1. God's nature is without evil
    2. God's creation was "very good"
    3. God does not tempt men to sin or can be tempted to sin
    4. God warned man not to sin and the consequences
    5. Creation of free choice is creation of alternative choices
    6. Alternative choices is between good and evil
    7. God created creatures with ability to choose evil without approving of evil
    8. Hence, God is indirectly the cause of evil

The Bible declares there is NOTHING evil in and of itself - Rom. 14 - The ability of free choice is not evil in and of itself. It all comes down to proper or improper motive and application.

"Avoid all appearances of evil" is one thing, creation of a-moral ability to choose good or evil is another thing.

Preaching the Gospel of God's Grace Acts 20:24

There is no Gospel of God's Grace if we fail or neglect to point out as the Great Apostle did, that Saving Grace was given or bestowed upon Chosen sinners in Christ before the world was made 2 Tim 1:9

9Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

It should be made clear from scripture that God's work of Grace for His People's Salvation was finished in Eternity, and this fact of our Eternally accomplished Salvation by Grace Eternal is Stated Three Times in the New Testament one of which is 2 Tim 1:9-10. Here the inspired writer tells us that God saved us [The Church] and called us before the world began, and that this Grace given or bestowed upon us in Christ in eternity is brought to light by the Gospel, hence there is no preaching the Gospel of God's Grace without expounding this Truth !

Where? (I mean where did He state that, not where did He create evil  ).

You are probably thinking of Isaiah 45.7, which one English version, the AV/KJV, translates:

"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things."
The problem is that the same Hebrew word can also be correctly translated "hurt", "trouble", "sore", "adversity", and several other words that don't mean evil in the sense of sin. Notice in that verse the contrast is not between righteousness and evil - if it were, then it would be understandable to take the verse as meaning that God created sin. No, the contrast is with peace. Some other translations have "calamity" or "trouble" instead of "evil." I'm not just referring to modern versions; the Bishops Bible (1548), Coverdale (1535), the Great Bible (1540) and Matthew's Bible (1549) all have "trouble".

Yes God dreated ethical or moral evil too !

Isa 45:7 may be attempted to be explained away by scholars, but the Truth still stands, God created evil. The word has a wide definition, its the word ra and its a feminine noun :

    evil, misery, distress, injury

    a) evil, misery, distress

    b) evil, injury, wrong

    c) evil (ethical)

Now what is ethical evil ? The word ethical from our English dictionary is:

pertaining to or dealing with morals or the principles of morality; pertaining to right and wrong in conduct.

Now God created this ethical evil for a Eternal Purpose. It was centered in Christ. Christ was to be slain by wicked hands Acts 2:

23Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

    That word wicked is lawlessness.

Now when did God purpose that Christ should die in this fashion ? Do you believe it was from eternity ? If you do, then you should understand why God created evil, and wickedness, it was to bring to pass His Eternal Purpose in Christ Eph 3:11

9And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

10To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

11According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

Preaching the Gospel of God's Grace Acts 20:24

So in Preaching the Gospel of God's Grace, Paul through the Holy Spirit writes That God [Within the realm of His own Eternal Purpose] That God saved us [ His Church] and called us before the world began and that Grace [which makes it eternal] was given to us in Christ in eternity, this is brought to light by the Gospel 2 Tim 1:9-10

Also in Rom 8 we are told that we [The elect or chosen] were Loved, Justified, called and Glorified in God's Eternal Purpose of Grace Rom 8:28-30

28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

And in Eph 1:3-6 the Spirit through Paul explains to us how we are saved by God's Sovereign Grace in Christ before the foundations of this world, and that it was all accomplished in Eternity for The Praise of the Glory of His Grace !

3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

5Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, Not according to our will !

6To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

This is how Paul and every True Preacher preaches the Gospel of God's Grace !

Why Preach Total depravity in Gospel of God's Grace ?

In order to rightly understand why it is that only the Sovereign Grace of God can save, then one must be brought to believe that Grace Doctrine the total depravity of natural man and spiritual deadness and inability. Hence one of the fundamental facets of Salvation by Grace is to relay that natural man is not able to come to God, nor will he seek God, the True God that is. The True Gospel of the Grace of God proclaims loud and clear that no part of salvation is ever dependent or conditioned on the dead sinner, upon what the natural man must do [repent or believe] and so all salvation is conditioned on the Sovereign electing Grace of God.
