Two Senators - what were they promised?

    Gov Cuomo (NY) lobbied very hard especially with two Republican State Senators. They finally caved in and voted to legalize immorality for New York. I have been unable to find the two Republicans by name. Will try to keep you posted.

    I'm just wondering what they/their districts will get in turn? I trust the Conservative Party will be digging deep into this travesty.

    And this had better be a big issue in our state elections in Nov of 2012.

    This will be one major thing that will be hammered upon the GOP candidate for president, and one that obama and his crew will use to win yet again.

    The American people are not smart enough. They'd vote to support this, and or against the GOP candidate who doesn't support it, and at the same time vote to continue to destroy America, and, vote to give gov more control over their lives, and, vote to not have a job. But at least they can be gay and get married too. That's the wisdom of man turned into foolishness..

    Diaz is an ordained minister with the Church of God (Cleaveland) and pasto of Christian Community Neighborhood Church in NYC.

    Let me see if I understand this correctly. Two republicans voted in favor of same-sex marriage and one democrat voted against it, right?

    All of the Long Island guys voted against it. Long Island still stands against it even though we have a huge "gay pride" parade in my hometown (just 7 miles away from here) every year. Other than NYC, I doubt there are many areas in the state that are very "for" this issue.
