    Yes,,Soccer is the name of a football club in England. Footie is always played with a round ball and you don't hit the ball with hands,lol

    You know you are a missionary in Ireland when it REALLY gets your goat when people refer to you as living in the UK :)

    Roger, is there still a strong differentation between Ireland and Northern Island? At one time it was quite a bitter difference.

    Still separate countries, but the border crossings are gone. You travel 120km an hour on the M1/A1 as you cross the border.

    You know you are a missionary when travelling in the US a mile seems like FOREVER compared to a kilometre.
