    As to my thoughts they are this. Every new person who violates the entry laws of the US should be sent to prison for 5 years no parole no good time, no exceptions to medical condition or gender. They should have to work to pay for their keep and deportation at the end of their time served. If their home country or another country will not take them they remain in prison until someone will even unto life.
    Those who return a second time 10 years and if a third time life without parole.
    For those who bring children they are taken away and sent back to their home country.
    For those who are here already illegally because our corrupt government, and because of corrupt leaders has allowed them here, these already here should be rounded up and documented as illegals with finger printing and DNA taken and given legal status to remain having to register every year and carry papers showing their status with penalty of prison and deportation if they fail to do so. Also they can never hold any political or government office,federal, state, or municipality, even unto three generations of children after them cannot hold these offices, as well as they can not vote and not become a citizen. This includes their off spring for those three generations.

    If people want to become American, I think it's great. If they just want to come to America to get American Dollars to send back to their country, then I'm against it.

    By the way, how does being born in America of illegal immegrant parents make anyone a citizen anyway?

    The 14th Amendment;
    The 14th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified on July 9, 1868, and granted citizenship to “all persons born or naturalized in the United States,” which included former slaves recently freed. In addition, it forbids states from denying any person "life, liberty or property, without due process of law" or to "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” By directly mentioning the role of the states, the 14th Amendment greatly expanded the protection of civil rights to all Americans and is cited in more litigation than any other amendment.

    And it needs to be changed!
