Flash: We Love America

    This is the neatest act of patriotism I've witnessed in a long time. Turn up your sound, and get ready to stomp your feet and clap your hands, as an entire store gets treated to a "flash band" patriotic moment.

    After you've watched the video, set your mind and heart on thinking about the effect a Christian flash mob (witnessinag and sharing Jesus) could have on the local community? Alternatively, maybe flash mob Praise Song events? :godisgood:

    It would take someone with the skill and the know how to put these things together, but it would be a great way for the church to reach a lost people. :thumbsup:

    Any ways, enjoy this video, and let your imaginations go wild on what the church could do with organized flash worship, praise and witnessing events/mobs! :1_grouphug:

    I wondered the same. I did a Google search for "We love America" Flash, and the first video clip this brought up was of four young ladies, possibly students, lounging around two coffee tables, one with a laptop on it, singing "We love America" plus some other words I couldn't make out. The ladies had their feet on the tables, and were giggling. I certainly cannot imagine using this being "a great way for the church to reach a lost people."

    The second "hit" was a series of funny "outtakes" from American TV programmes.

    The third was a series of ludicrous calls made to the emergency services in the United States.

    Eventually, I found one that could possible be "it". Is this one, narrated by John Wayne, the one you had in mind, Pastor Paul?

    If so, then I wonder what pictures could be used in a Christian equivalent? Certainly many of the wonders of God's creation could be, but most of the wonders of salvation are invisible. (Forgiveness, mercy, grace, fellowship, the new birth, humility, atonement, God Himself - all these things cannot be photographed or filmed).

    But of course I still may not have found the "right" video clip. :)
