You must be a Calvinist to like that sort of ice cream. People who choose, choose strawberry! The only ones who would eat butter pecan are those who are forced to do so by their false doctrine!

I read in the SBC Baptist Faith and Message that all churches must only serve Neapolitan , but I am missing the page that explains the reason for three difference flavors - does anybody have the 4-1-1 on that?

(its very important that I get an answer, our church is having a business meeting Sun 11 am, and that will be on the agenda)

Flavors should be banned in all churches for the sake of us who are a little overweight and worried about it. Why should we suffer while we watch others eat their chocolate, vanilla, butter pecan and the like?

If you were a true Christian, you would give your heavenly hash to me as an act of true selflessness.

You are a true brother in Christ!

Glfredrick, I must contend that chocolate is a lust of the flesh and worldly, therefore is sinful. Look at all the unsaved people eating chocolate! We must not imitate the world!

It also leads to gluttony, and those who do not have it tend to covet it, which is another sin.

Real independent, fundamental ice-cream eaters know that God's favorite is Haagen-Dazs, but only the chocolate. It's based on an ancient recipe handed down by Erasmus to faithful men who kept it pure down through the ages. We now can rest assured we have, ingredient by ingredient, exactly what God requires us to have.

If you like pistachio, does that make you a nut?

Was this recipe translated into English and then published in 1611?

We definitely need to be aware of the fact that in recent centuries there have been men, led by Satan, who've done their best to try to alter this receipe's directions and thus have led many astray.

IOW, if the recipe doesn't say it's "Authorized," then it isn't the pure, inerrant, immutable, and infallible one.

But that sin is covered by the grace of God, so I'll take "Death by Chocolate!"
