    Whew.

    Check this out...

Mclaren must be one mixed up dude. :tonofbricks:

[TBC: Emergent Church leader Brian McLaren has joined with new age ministers, apostate teachers, and occultists in "The Vision Project." To confirm this assessment, one simply has to look at the list of participants.]

Here are a few of McLaren's fellow travelers in The Vision Project:

Maurice Albertson, Founder, Village Earth, USA (Globalist)

    T. Ariyaratne, Founder, Sarvodaya Shramadana, Sri Lanka (Buddhist)

Michael Dowd, Evolutionary Christianity, USA, The Earth Charter Initiative (A

    key Globalist/New World Order group)

Joseph Goldstein, Insight Meditation Society, USA (New Age Leader and Buddhist)

Barbara Marx Hubbard, Founder, The Foundation for Conscious Evolution, USA (Perhaps the most influential New Age author alive today!)

Michael Lerner, Tikkun, USA (New Ager and former guru to Hillary Clinton)

Sara McKechnie, President, Lucis Trust, USA (Originally named "The Lucifer Publishing Company," Lucis Trust was founded to be a publishing arm for the works of Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, the infamous Russian telepathic spiritualist and medium, known as the god-mother of the modern occultic New Age Movement.)

Robert Muller, UN University for Peace, Costa Rica (One of the 20th century's most important Globalists)

    David Steindl-Rast, Benedictine monk, USA

Heidi Rose Robbins, Astrologer and poet, USA

This isn't all of the participants in The Vision Project but I believe you get the idea.

Keep in mind: McLaren is continually referred to as an "evangelical." He is published by allegedly Christian publishers like Zondervan, and is sought after as a speaker, being regularly invited to address Christian churches, Bible colleges, and universities.

It's all part of prophecy of the one world religion and apostate church. It's very disturbing, but at the same time it means Jesus is coming!

Pastor McLaren is a rambling voice of incoherent theological regression to old Liberalism. This list shouldn't surprise us at all.

The Emergent voices haven't offered anything useful for the Church.

Well, since his "buddy" Robb Bell is into Universalism, and that the Emergent Churches wish to "repackage" jesus and Gospel to make it moree"Paleatable" to today...

Since these churches have decided to 'change" around Christianity, to redo theology to make it easier for today...

    No wonder getting messed up!

According to some He has already made His Glorious Appearing, so that part is over, and we are now in the millennial reign enjoying the Kingdom of God. You know, it's all just "invisible." Maybe if we close our eyes we can feel it and know it's really here.

What do you refer to here bro? AIC has spoken about "light apart from the Word" and then finds others that embrace this same false ideology, and since their theology differs from his, he rejects it (them)?

No, they would see it more like jesus ruling from /in Heaven ever since his ascension, as they would spititualise the physical aspects of the Second Coming!

Each belief has it's share of people that cast a negative light on their fellow believers. Baptists/Christians are no different.

    Heck no, brother! Heck no!

I'm just saying that we have our own McLarens we should be worrying about too. A lot of people are driven away from church by greed and hypocrisy. 'Give, give, give...............serve, serve, serve' but what about the leaders/staff? Get in the trench or on the front line; Pastors are not Generals.
