The Mideast Iran's Ahmadinejad: No Place for Israel in Region

So many people world wide does not understand his view, which has been stated by many over the years.
The League of Nations ratified the Balfour Agreement. Giving the Jews their homeland consisting of all of Jordan and the land west of the Jordan River. Due to pressure by the Arabs, Jordan was taken away. In 1922 Great Britain was given temporary administrative control of Palestine.
In 1939, Great Britain reneged on the Balfour Declaration by stating that creating a Jewish state was no longer a British policy. Britain change its policy toward Palestine, especially the White Paper, that prevented millions of European Jews to escape from Nazi-occupied Europe to Palestine.
Then after WWII with boat loads of Jews that no country in the world wanted or felt it could handle. There were boat loads of Jews that no one wanted and I believe that is what led to the Israel we have today.
Maybe if Chaim Weizmann had not invented a fermentation process that allowed the British to manufacture their own liquid acetone in WWI, the Balfour Agreement would have never come into being. Who knows if it wasn't for that there might not have been anyone to care for the Jews after WWII, caring to get them out of our hair.
In 1947, the UN offered the Partition Plan, but the Arabs rejected it. When the United Nations recognized Israel as a nation on May 14, 1948, the Arabs declared war on Israel. Israel defended herself, but Jordan took the West Bank. In the 1967 war Israel took back the West Bank which was legally hers by international law.

 

Then it would be OK for the UN to give all the land west of the Missouri back to the Indian People for a homeland? After all, they "owned" it long before 1492 in the same way that the Jews "owned" Palestine.

 

No matter how bad we have treated the American Indian, they were given land even if we kept trying to take more and more of it back. No one wanted the displaced Jews after WWII. Apples and oranges.

 

Well they could, but then the UN would have to start looking into which tribes had defeated other tribes, and assign land accordingly.

Actually there were more Jews in Jerusalem pre-WWII than there were Arabs. The holocaust just increased the numbers.
