Evangelism Way of the Master Style

    I have tried hard to get people in my SS class involved in street evangelism, but they have zero interest in doing this type of evangelism. Its sad as it has affected me. I am not doing street evangelism as often as last year. These days I just go out 1-2 times a month. It seems as I am not alone. Street evangelists are hard to find these days. However a MAJOR reason why I do not go out as often these days is because I am working 50-60 hours a week, and am often tired. I also am involved far more in my church. Last year my then church almost never did anything, and my current church is very very active.

    Try street evangelism here on Long Island and you just might get hurt. Unfortunately, New Yorkers are jaded and don't listen to people talking to them cold on the streets.

    They ignore you around here. One reason why I am starting to do more relationship/lifestyle evangelism.

    I know some people who are very successful in street evangelism, but not everyone I know is successful. One person I know does this all over the United States.

    I never criticize someone who faithfully proclaims the Gospel in love. I may not like their style, but if they proclaim the Gospel (which many don't) or fail to do it in love (which many don't) then I become critical.
