The Lockman Foundation is the organization who brought you the NASB and the Updated NASB.

Don't they also publish NASV Bible editions though?

NO, they are not a publishing company. They also developed and control the licensing of the Amplified Bible (AMP) text.

I like you JF. But I do want to ask you something.

You are aware that sentences should have subjects AND predicates, right?

A real sentence doesn't begin with, " Have read..."

Who has read? Martians have read this? Spartans have read this? You have read this?

It is my belief that, though our posts are going to be riddled with typos (mine often is), we are not texting on this forum and some grammatical propriety is called for.

For example: the word "fundamentalism" is not spelled "fandmentalsam"

    That's just me.

    Yes. I haven't met a Foundations Press Bible that I haven't liked.
I own three of their Giant Print Reference Bibles--2 in faux Leather and one in Genuine. They ALL are smyth-sewn, and have gold edging. Also have the Side Column and Large Print Thinline, again, all smyth-sewn.
You can't miss with their products!

I really got a kick out of this bro.

    "fandmentalsam" :laugh: :BangHead:

But not only that, you are DEAD on in your assessment. It does become, no, it is already old seeing this day in and day out in the forms of not only his responses but in the many threads he starts.

    Yes!

I'm a little late to this party. I have two Foundations NAS Bibles. The first is a genuine leather thinline reference. It is my favorite Bible out of the 100+ Bibles that I own. The leather is a little stiff, my only complaint but the quality is way beyond the $32.00 I paid for it.

The other is the NAS topical reference in faux red leather. I got this one for $28.00. I don't like it as much as the genuine leather and I wish Foundations offered the topical/ref edition in genuine leather but both Bibles are nice in many ways and a great value.

In comparison, I have the ESV classic reference edition in genuine leather. I paid $55.00 for this Bible which lists for $80.00 and it is not even close to the quality and as much fun to read as the Foundations NASB which are half the cost.

If you want a good quality smyth sewn binding, quality paper, consistant print, nice covers; a Bible that is a joy to read and hold in hand at a very reasonable price, get one of these Foundations publications.
