In my first JOB thread, I asked if Job sinned in his questioning of God, and my question was assuming that Job HAD SINNED earlier in his life, since he is a human being after all.

BUT...instead, some there seemed to be arguing that Job NEVER sinned...not in his whole life. Something was mentioned about Job being a "type" of Christ, but I still do not see how this means he NEVER sinned.

This position does not make sense to me given Romans 3:23.

Would anyone like to further explain this position?

Job was a sinner just like all of us. He offered sacrifices for his children regularly so he was aware that without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. He was righteous in that he believed God, just as Abraham was righteous for the same reason. His righteousness was imputed to him through faith, just as you and I.
We know that scripture does not contradict, so when Paul said we are all sinners, then it was a true statement. That includes Job.

I agree, but there were some who seemed to be saying otherwise.

Job, being born of the union of man and woman, was born with a sin nature. I don't know how anyone (well it is BB...nevermind) can suggest otherwise.
