is that an "OK" game to be a spokesperson for, being an established Christian star?

It's an online game. My sister and brother in law play it some. I'm too cheap to play because I don't want to pay a monthly fee.

I used to play the original Warcraft games. They were a lot of fun. Orcs vs humans...reminds me of Lord of the Rings.

If you have anything against the pretend use of magic, then it's not for you. But if not, it is a very fun game. I have no problem whatsoever saying that I am a WoW'er. Like stated above, it started off as Orcs vs Humans. Then the story evolved to be so much more than that.

Anyway, to answer the OP question, I have no problem with Chuck Norris advertising for them. Besides, the in-game chat is where I have heard the most Chuck Norris jokes ever. (Followed closely by port-a-john walls).

You should have seen the wall at the "Blackhawk Express" sign-up shack in the Green Zone in Iraq. Literally covered with post-it notes, each one with a different Chuck Norris joke.

It's a fun game. Though I don't play it, we know several couples who have a clan and play together over the internet with friends. It is good for that kind of bonding.

I am not as near an avid player as I was, but my wife and I have played a couple of characters together up through the levels. Just fun, if you let it be.

Chuck Norris has made his name off of violence in movies and real life. Why should anyone object to him making money as a spokesman for an online game even if it's violent (which WoW isn't compared to most others)?

I loved the Chuck Norris facts that circulated a couple years ago. Some of my favorites:

'Chuck Norris' tears cure cancer; too bad he never cries.'

'Chuck Norris doesn't do push ups; he pushes the Earth down.'

'Before he goes to bed every night, the bogeyman checks his closet for Chuck Norris.'

    'Superman wears Chuck Norris pajamas.'

    'Chuck Norris counted to infinity..............twice.'

'Chuck Norris is currently suing NBC, claiming Law and Order are trademarked names for his left and right legs.'

A Christian star? Now that's a funny thing.
