Not my kids. We dont' watch Fox and we don't watch what's on Fox's list.

    How do I know?

I homeschool. Means I'm home with my kids allllll day! And anyhow, I can lock all my satellite boxes if there is something I don't want my kids to watch. But I don't normally bother. My kids have been trained to want to watch what's worthwhile. They are quite good at changing the channel when something doesn't fit with our beliefs/lifestyle.

Better add "Glee" to the list....and any other sitcom that was advertised on Sunday Night Football....images of spanking during intimacy and other things just on the promo ads.

    T.V. is awful.

I won't even watch that!

My youngest child is 24 and married, I don't really know what they watch, but I doubt it's Fox News.

Yup. I now have NetFlix, so I can watch shows I like, like "Mythbusters", & other Discovery/History Channel-type shows without all of the sleazy commercials that are on cable T.V..

Also, I am proud to say I have only ever heard of one of the six shows mentioned in the O/P, and didn't make it two minutes into the show I watched.

But it is really nice of Fox News, to have their buxom, leggy hostettes tell us what the s3xy shows are.

    Fox News is awful.

Honestly I hadn't heard of any on that list.

Debbie, I don't watch pro football so you gotta give me name UNLESS its a network show. We really don't watch network tv. I agree though, if there is going to be a racy commercial, its going to be during a sporting event on network tv. Honestly, networks are worse than Spike! At least Spike doesn't pretend to show "wholesome family entertainment".

I totaly love my NetFlix, now I can watch an entire season of Man vs Food without a single commercial.

The only one on the list I have seen is American Dad and yes it is horrible. It may be a cartoon, but it is not a kids show.

We didn't censor the kids. All 5 turned out to be decent people and good neighbors.

EEWww Man vs Food is grooooosssss!

Bilwald, I dont' censor my kids either. They have a parental unit (NOT ME) that never met a horror/sci fi/paranormal show he didn't like (well, except that zombie movie Cade brought in that time lol). Then they have the parental unit that expects more than brainless, gratutious violence from her media (I'll let you guess who that is) and between the two of us, our kids learned more from the 2nd parental unit than the first. :D

I understand that, depending on what neighborhood you live in, Mythbusters is a pretty dangerous show.

Interesting that Glee isn't on the list. That show is horrible.

Basically we don't watch TV anymore. Our children don't have access to TVs in their rooms.

One of realities for us, however, is that we are beginning to (because of age) equipping our family for what to do when they encounter these things, and others. The truth is that it isn't if they see, watch, encounter immorality but when they do. So we're trying to get out in front of it and equip them in their lives.

The larger media dynamic in Western society is pretty bleak. We have the empirical data that the more displays of immorality are on/in the media children consume the more they will engage in those behaviors. We've lost an entire generation sexually because of the examples they've received in media.

I'm not surprised anymore by what's on TV. Largely all we watch are sporting events anyways. I am surprised that this is on FOXNews...sort of the pot calling kettle black imho.
