WHy Would the NIV 2011 be considered superior to 1984 Edition?

    The places I have compared the two, I have liked the 2011 NIV better. I believe it is more like the NLT than the 1984 edition.

    The 2011 NIV has more inclusive language than the 84 version and the NLTse has even more than the 2011NIV. The latter uses more natural English than its predecessor and the NLTse is even more idiomatic than the latest NIV.
