    Depends on whether you are talking about the logos or Christ, and in that case, I would say both and more. The "Word" of God is used in more than one way in the Word of God. :laugh:

    John 1 is a good place to start for proper understanding, however.

    John 1:1 (KJV)
    In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

    John 1:14 (KJV)
    And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

    Do you agree with this?

    I agree with the Text as it was written, not as you have modified it for your own use. :wavey:

    Are you saying that he is saying that the word, word in this text is the "Word of God".

    Yes, it is the word of/from God as traditionally translated into English. Which translation do you prefer?

    Which translation do you prefer? You do not need a translator for the voice of the Lord.

    The man that recorded this;

    "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God...." - John 1:1

    The Word is God and the Word was made flesh.

    Also recorded this;

    Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

    Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

    But he spake of the temple of his body.

    When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

    Is the word which Jesus had said,

    is that the same word as recorded in here in this;

    "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God...." - John 1:1

    The Word is God and the Word was made flesh.

    Since you did not respond, I will take it that you do not want to answer because if you do...you know it will make what you believe to be false or you do not know. Either way it speaks for itself.

    Not sure what you are asking, but, Jesus is the Word and the Word is God. Anytime Jesus speaks it is God speaking in the first person. The Word-Jesus-God is speaking.

    No, actually, it became evident to me that you were just out on some sort of fishing trip to find an excuse to promulgate a doctrine that I do not hold in the same manner, so I refuse to play your game.

    Thanks and blessings!

    If you wanted to know why I am here doing what I am doing,

    all you had to do was ask.

    And I would tell you.

    So I will tell you now.

    I am here to prove that your doctrine is false and none of you will come to the TRUTH. And for GOD to see how you receive me and treat me and deal with me.

    For starters.

    They all say they believe in the bible.

    They all say they are children of God.

    They all say basically

    the same things you all do.

    So what is the difference?

    Now that we have settled that.

    We can discuss your doctrine and how it compares to the Truth.

    That is if you do not want to receive me and get rid of me or not stand up for what you believe.

    which ever you choose to do

    I do not care.

    I am not responsible for what you all do.

    You are.
