    Help! :tonofbricks: This is one more reason I'd love to move out of California, but because of cash flow and my health insurance being too complicated and involved to move to another carrier in another state; I am sorted of stuck here. I'm just thankful I have no children of school age. But, I know many fine people who do, and my heart aches for them.:tear:

    Teachers already have to stop the class and explain to their classes that Bobby and Larry's mom and mom (or dad and dad) are a couple just like Jack and Jills mom and dad are a couple. Huh! It is getting bad for children (out here), and just as bad for teachers who are born-again and teaching in this west coast school system. :tear:

    And remember, if this works out in California, it is more than likely to move in the direction of your state.

    Would you, jaigner, rather have your children in a school where your Christian morals are upheld or one in which sin abounds? I've got an idea, why don't you send your kid to the abortion clinic to get some science lessons? How about sending your kid to the local porno shop to get his "arts" education? You can tell your kid that it's all OK because you just expect him to witness to everyone while he's there.

    Hopefully the true believers who are teachers will tell the truth and not cave into the whims of men.

    This is one of the reasons why we homeschool our children. It's madness for Christians to put their children in those dens of Satanic indoctrination.

    ....I appreciate your comments. I don't know what I said in the post to set him off, but I do appreciate your input. It is a so sad to watch our public school system go down hill! :thumbs:

    A Lot Are Leaving...

    ....because the laws in this state make it tough to stand your ground as a teacher. I have seen many good (Christians) teacher leave this state. Our loss, your gain!

    There's a hundred other threads where homosexuality is mentioned and this rule is never brought up. Maybe we need some clarification on this rule?
