Why does it seem that Evangelicals have never met a war that they didn't like? Why are they so quick to back US involvement in all these undeclared wars? They claim to be the ones who most closely adhere to Jesus's teachings, but this isn't true with regard to war.

Have Evangelicals been co-opted by the neocon philosophy, just as the Republican party has?

Why are some so quick to paint with such a broad brush...

Without providing any support for their accusations?

This must be the end of days. This is the second post I have agreed with you on in the last day. The post sounds like someone with an agenda and reminds me of someone who
never served this nation one day, has little understanding of the Constitution, does not understand Jesus' teachings very well in relation to war, and has lumped all evangelists in one catagory because he is too lazy or does not know how to research them.

It is almost like the opposite mindset of those who think the Lord is a member of the Republican Party when it comes to Obama. This guy thinks the Lord is a Democrat.

First it no a myth that anyone is "quick" to go to any war. It took 12 years to go back into Iraq. It took many months to go into Afghanistan.

Second Jesus never spoke on the issue of going to war. His words on treating your enemy is an admonition of individual relationships and does not address war. They only thing He did say was that they would come.

The truth is Evangelicals have never met a war they did like. Sometimes even war is necessary. Your demonetization using vague accusations is dishonest.

Well, the attack dogs, as well as the dogs of war, have spoken -- or barked, as the case may be. Thank you all so much for proving my point.

Oh, no God forbid! The Lord is a conservative libertarian, like me.

And I see all of you belong to America's one political party, the Republicrats.
