Well, well, conspiracies do exist after all. Thanks to the proliferation of cell phones you will hear Alex Hayes, director of mainstream Republicans of Washington State, making the claim that the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns have united behind a common slate of candidates in Washington State to block the Ron Paul machine from winning the delegates. The apparent move on the part of the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns is to block citizens favoring Ron Paul from taking over the Washington State delegation to Tampa.

    Continue . . .

Not a cheap shot Ron Paul would be good candidate if he could just make a change to the way he carries himself. You know the corruption exist and need to work against it with personality and that is where Ron Paul is lacking. Wasn't meant as a cheap shot.

Okay I appologize for taking it the wrong way. Sorry.

Myself I don't care about style I'd rather see results. I do understand though that in this day and age of celebrity worship people prefer the slicked back hair of Romney and the crisp pressed suits of Santorum over a crumpled looking honest man with principle.

It's a shame people let Hollywood and the corporate media lead them around by the nose like they do.

Guess it is all a matter of opinion. One of the things that draws me to Paul, is that he lacks political "polish." He is not trying to fool anyone, and it shows in how he speaks, and how he carries himself. He comes off like a wise old grandpa.

Perhaps that is why so many young people follow him so diligently.

Maybe if he put on a cowboy hat and had his picture taken in a dusty old pickup truck more republicans would like him.

I voted for Ron Paul in the primary in 2008. Since then, I left the Republican Party and joined the Constitution Party, so I cannot vote in the primary this year. Over the years, several candidates were unpolished in front of a camera. Richard Nixon is the most famous. Goldwater did not come across well, and neither did Dole. Nixon was the only one that went on to be elected that I know of.

My Dad told me that the only Democrat he ever voted for was Truman in the 1948 election, mostly he said, because Dewey projected a very arrogant demeanor, and Truman, although rough, came across as genuine an honest.

Well, Ron Paul might lack polish, but Mitt Romney lacks Jesus Christ and integrity.

Maybe if Ron Paul played the sax on SNL more democrats would vote for him.

It's pretty bad to see the lengths that those in power will go to stay in power, at our expense.

Can we with all this vote fraud going on and this isn't an isolated thing still trust the election process at all?

Do the people really have any say in the matter anymore?
