Today, I prayed and thought of those walking along that narrow, difficult path! And while praying, the Lord showed me many on this Board, so, I am sending along this word of encouragement and rest.

"Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your life. I'll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly."

    Matthew 11:28-30 - The Message
    (MSG)

    SELAH!

Do you personally believe in the ability of the Holy Ghost to show us something that will be beneficial to others in the body of Christ? I am interested in knowing your thoughts. And one would be, is this ability only reserved for those called to pastor, or is this a general gift given to, and shared by, the laity?

I agree completly regarding being "burned out" on religion.

Religion will kill ya. Its a death trap.

There is no life in religion. Its a dead counterfiet of the truth.

Appreciate ANY prayer, brothers (and sisters). Often say a prayer when reading here or on FB or other places I see friends with challenges!
