I would like to read your opinion on this.

    2 John, Chapter 1

Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:

For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Yes in the context it is given it is a command, but it must be kept in the context of that letter.

Yes, it is a command. It flies in the face of "tolerance" and "love" as defined today. The reality is God values truth. He does not tolerate lies. He does not tolerate false teaching. What is important to note is that John's instruction is related to doctrines essential to who Christ is and what He did. It is not about petty disagreements (like hymns vs. choruses). Remember what Paul wrote:

1Co 2:2 For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. (NASB)

The context is pretty clear to me.

Do you obey this and not let people in your house who do not bring the doctrine of Jesus the Christ?

I do not allow someone into my house to present a false gospel or false doctrine.

I do not allow someone into my house that does not believe the gospel of Jesus the Christ or believes a false doctrine.

    Is this true?

    A. Yes it is.

    B. No it is not.

    This is what is true;
I do not allow someone into my house to present a false gospel or false doctrine.

I will take it before the Lord. And ask him.

I would say ask your pastor for some advice.
But the pastor of a church that has this for a statement of faith:
    http://fbctoronto.ca/index.php/what-we-believe
That is your complete statement of faith. Nothing more!

Your pastor is probably very weak in doctrine himself.
Go to a church that preaches sound doctrine where you can learn the truth.

What sins would you like me to repent of?
    Have you been born again.
Tell me what it means to be born again.

    Me mad? No way.

    This is paradise.

When I leave here I am going to have a whole lot more power and authority.

    Than when I came.
