I have been wondering the same thing about all of these voter fraud cases that are being uncovered. We already have it pretty well documented by disenfranchised Dems what happened in their convention (as mentioned in another thread).

I think he won Virginia by a substantial margin. North Carolina was a different story, about 14,000 votes I believe.

    MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD!!!!! OH MY!!!

I read the article in the Richmond VA newspaper that the Fox News article references.

There were "400 voter and election fraud allegations from 62 cities and counties".

Of these "194 cases statewide [..] have been closed."

OK, that leaves 206 open cases.

Of these, Most were charged under a state statute that prohibits making false statements on an election form, but some were charged with illegally casting a ballot.

Too bad they didn't break out the numbers for registration fraud vs. actually fraudulently casting a ballot, just "some were charged with illegally casting a ballot." Some vs. Most. OK, most implies at least 51%, so some must mean less than 50%. Let's define some as being 49% (a very generous definition of 'some'). That means that perhaps 100 people actually cast a fraudulent vote.

    Article continues:
The majority of cases reviewed by The Times-Dispatch that resulted in arrests in central Virginia involved felons who either illegally registered to vote or who illegally voted in the general election, or both.

Ah....so of the 206 open cases some were double-dipping felons. In other words some of the cases were the same felonious person fraudulently registering and fraudulently voting. In other words there were less than 206 people involved in this MASSIVE VOTING FRAUD!!!

And were these fraudulently registered voters illegal aliens or dead people?

None of the cases appeared to involve someone who misrepresented his or her identity at the polls to vote.

And how many people voted in Virginia in 2008?

About 3.7 million Virginians voted in the 2008 election.

So about 100 felons out of 3.7 million people is what Fox News calls MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD!!
