Obama's Big Economy Speech: No Hope, No Change

President Obama’s campaign speech on the economy today was an utter disaster for him. It was a bromide of tired old arguments, pathetic blame-placing, and shopworn con tricks. And even liberals like Jonathan Alter had to admit that it was, overall, a dramatic failure.

He began where he always does: with blame...Blame Bush.

    SNIP

After all else had failed, Obama played Republican – proclaiming that he’s a tax-cutter and ignoring the fact that he has called for tax increases, and that come January 2013, Americans will face the widely-dreaded taxmageddon; shouting that he’s a deficit-reducer even as he jacks up the deficit to record rates; bragging about how he’s a low-spending president when he is clearly the highest-spending president in American history by a long shot.

However Chris Matthews and Lawrence O'donnell has his back. The liberal media will hide the truth from the majority of his voter block. Propaganda at its best. Heck even now has the Latinos bought off. It is Romney against the Vast Left Wing Jagernaut.

The strategy is to fraudulently rename taxation systems to "investment" systems of revenue such as Cap and Trade (a tax on thin air) - aka The Carbon Tax.

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog...-obama-08-energy-prices-will-skyrocket-under/

I calculated the "Carbon Footprint Tax" for my household at approximately $1500/annum (based upon gasoline usage, utility fuel usage, airplane, bus, train travel, etc, etc, etc, etc...).

Supposedly a "trickle down tax" from the industries involved with carbon emissions but be prepared for a new section in the 1040 Tax Form - Carbon Emissions - no matter who gets the WH.

Also and BTW what you exhale (carbon dioxide) will become taxable under Cap and Trade - a tax on thin air - sounds like a theme for a bad sci-fi movie with people wearing gas mask CO2 meters.

All this based upon the fear and hysterics of the inventer of the internet.

The Good Old Days (1945-1975) are gone and will not return until WW3 is over, We are returning to the bad old days of 19th century Europe from where most of out ancestors came. A good job in the city, a 3000 sq ft house in the country, connected by 20 miles of freeway, a boat and camper, a truck, a car, and 25 cent gas is an unrealistic goal which produced the bubble and the depression.

But there is a food chain in hard times as well as good times. A person can most always claw his way up the chain.

Until he shakles himself to a union job that is.

Then his earning potential is limited to the whims of his union bosses/owners.
