You are correct it is not of the Lord.

 

Maybe not, but it's true. However, evangelism is not going around and publicly denouncing other religions, but preaching and teaching Christ Jesus and Him as the the ONLY Way to forgiveness of sins and eternal life.

Publicly talking bad about the Muslims could result in more deaths as retaliation--just as another religion I won't publicly mention used to persecute and kill anyone who believed contrary to what they made up and claimed (and still do) as being from God.

 

I've run into the guys who do this stuff up in Dearborn and really disagree with their methods and even the spirit in which they go into these crowds. This kind of "witness" ends up harming the name of Christ more than promoting His Gospel.

There are better, more biblical ways to do talk with Muslims and evangelize them.

Taking a pigs head and marching it around is really just debased behavior.

 

This is no more "Christian" than what the folks at Westboro Baptist Church do.

Jesus didn't tell the Apostles to Go ye therefore and do In-Your-Face evangelism and discipling......at least from what I've read in my Bible.

Guess theirs is "one of 'dem new-fangled modern versions."
