    His knee jerk reaction to racial issues tells me that he governs as a black man first. I'm not sure governing as an American first is even in the top 5.

    He's trying, through various means including indoctrination, (there are plenty of citizens that want some of the treasury BO's distributing) to create a Marxist type socialistic system.. And doing rather well at it, it seems.
