    This Entire Event is a...

    .....joke and an insult to the 13 people [unborn child included] killed. He should have and would have been sentenced in another society/country by now. But only in America do these wacko killers get acorded the complete menu of rights.

    How is the defendant running the courtroom?

    Freeatlast seems to be reading a lot into the article.

    Jesus said;
    "I am the way, the truth and the life" from what I see from you, you must really hate truth.

    Even military courts are subject to the rule of law. Presumed innocent until proven guilty (although we all know he's guilty, and the trial is merely a formality). Let the system run its course.

    BUT, if something whonky happens, I'll try to be the first to shout out, "WHAT THA?!?!?"

    (although a very pessimistic part of me is whispering something about "it wouldn't surprise me if justice is sacrificed on the altar of political correctness"....)

    No, I love the truth. I just hate when people claim to proclaim the truth, but actually proclaim their personal take on the truth.

    FAL has given more than enough evidence of the fact.

    Letting this guy off the hook in any way, and hiding behind the mask of political correctness, is injustice, and could be considered corruption.

    Unless you mean something like the military judge is being paid off....

    What am I missing?

    The judge said "shave or we will shave you by force".

    How is this defendant "running the courtroom"?

    How is this judge "incompetent"?

    He should have demanded full service : Haircut, shampoo, shave, manicure and shoe shine!

    Astonishing abuse of power!
