Considering that there are no doubt other Black Republican females in the United States, is there another reason behind picking a Black Mormon Republican female to speak at the convention?

Oh, I dunno. Is there an underlying Mormon Agenda with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid not submitting a budget or any bills passed in the house to the senate for a vote? (theme from Twilight Zone playing in background)

There might be cause Harry Reid is evil. But then again, the LDS don't care much for Mr. Reid.

How about these lyrics to a song:

    Heal our land
    Please grant us peace today
And strengthen all who lack the faith to call on Thee each day

    Heal our land
Please keep us safe and free
Watch over all who understand the need for Liberty

    Heal our land
    Heal our land
And guide us with thy hand
Keep us ever on the path of Liberty

    Heal our land
    Heal our land
And help us understand that we must put our trust in Thee
    If we would be free

Protect us by the power of thy rod
And keep us as one nation under God

    Heal our land
    Heal our land
    And guide us thy hand
Keep us ever on the path of Liberty

    Heal our land
    Heal our land
    And help us understand
That we must put our trust in Thee

    If we would be free

Is there an underlying Mormon theme?

I broke into the Holy of Holies of the Mormon Temple last night and found their secret agenda. Mitt is going to dig up the golden leaves where the book of Mormon came from and use it to pay off the national debt.

Actually, Twilight Zone episodes make a lot more sense than some posts here.

    WHAT! [IMG]

They did it because just like the homosexual community, they have to make Mormonism seem normal to as many people as possible. That way folks who weren't receptive to it before, will warm to the idea of it.

But in the words of the board sage "There won't be any religious consequences because of Romney's Mormon faith". [IMG] Or will there be?

Must be a reason to use a Black female Republican Mormon as opposed to just a Black female Republican.

But y'all go ahead and ignore it. I know how important winning this election at all cost is to some of you.

During his bid for the Presidency, wasn't there a concern that JFK would be a puppet of Rome because he was a Catholic?

So what are the "religious consequences" of Romney's Mormon faith?

To the U.S. that is - not to Romney personally.

JFK downplayed his Catholicism. Last night Romney put his front and center.

Had JFK been the puppet people expected him to be for Rome and others, he may have lived longer.

There are none. Even if there was a Mormon agenda, the President does nothing without Congress, and I do not believe there are enough Congressmen and Senators from Utah to form a majority.

If you were getting ready to accept nomination for president from the ?? party would you choose a Black Female Zaac-ite to speak or an OldRegular-ite to speak!

Ask someone in Paris or London what the consequences were to a kinder gentler Islam being pushed out to the masses.

Ask folks in the United States what the religious consequences have been to pushing the masses to accepting homosexuality as just another lifestyle.

How many times do we have to get run over by this same truck before we get a clue?

A Black female Zaac-ite would preach the Gospel from the dais. AN Oldregular-ite would proclaim the Democrats as the bane of American society.
