Federal regulations

Federal regulations are much more numerous than executive orders, and are written by lower bureaucrats daily as situations arise. There are mountains of paper of federal regulations in every department that address every situation on the job and dealing with the American public.

One of the most ridiculous ones I ever saw, and this was several years ago, someone at an unnamed department was using a stapler in a routine office job. Not sure how it happened, but they managed to put a stapler through their finger. Instead of pulling the staple out and going on with the job, they reported it as an accident. Numerous reports were filed, committees were formed with much time and effort expended for nothing. Believe it or not, the final result was a step by step instruction sheet of how to safely operate a stapler. To answer your question, regulations like that I would like to see rescinded. If someone cannot figure that out, then they need to be put in a leadership position in the Obama White House.

 

The real power in DC is the unelected and overpaid bureaucrats. In Communist Russia they were called apparatchiks. Very little difference!
