The Declaration of Independence clearly statest that the founders believed that our "rights" came from "nature and nature's God" and that the sole purpose of Government was to protect and secure God given rights.

We are Americans due to the Delcaration of Independence and the Constitution as these documents and that form of government established by those documents sets us apart from all other nations as Americans.

Hence, vote American by voting for candidates that continue to agree with both the INTENT spelled out in the declaration of Independence for the Constitution.

Second, Since the delcaration of Independence declares that our "rights" come from "nature and nature's God" then such "rights" must be consistent with "nature and nature's God."

Where and how can we find out what "rights" are consistent with "nature and nature's God"?

ANSWER: God's Revealed will concerning Nature and nature's God - The Bible.

Look at the Democratic and Republican platforms and see which platform agrees with "nature and Nature's God" according to the Scriptures?

    1. Does the Bible reveal that homosexuality is a "right" by "nature and nature's God" according to the scriptures? Did God create Adam and Steve or Madam and Eve and say they twain (two) shall be one flesh?

    2. Does the Bible reveal that killing helpless infants is a "right" by "nature and nature's God" according to the scriptures? A woman may have the right over her own body but the baby has been given its own body by God.

Therefore, vote Christian in keeping with the "rights" revealed in God's own Word since rights come from "nature and nature's God."

No Christian has been given the "right" by God's Word to act, live, vote for anything contrary to His Word.

To vote for anyone who chooses to stand on the Democratic platform is to violate the "rights" given by "nature and nature's God" according to the scriptures.

Some may object and say there are evils on both sides! True! Jesus Christ is not running for counselor, mayor, state representative, state senator, governor, U.S. representative, U.S. Senator, Vice President or President but sinners are. Hence, vote for the lesser of two evils. Any candidate that chooses to stand and side with the DEMONcratic platform is making the initial choice to stand against "nature and nature's God" and is not American, nor Christian but is the worse of two evils.

Therefore, vote for the lesser of two evils

    1. Vote for an American - one who upholds the "rights" given by nature and nature's God and who believes government is designed to protect and secure those rights.

    2. Vote Christian - vote for one who upholds the rights revealed in God's Word.

    3. Vote for the lesser of two evils.

NOTE: the older democratic party stood for these rights as do some blue dog democrats but the new democratic party has gone to the devil.

When the wicked support the lessor of two evils it is cause for rejoicing. Biblically speaking Romney is part of the wicked along with Obama, but Romney supports more righteous legislation than Obama and so that is grounds for rejoicing and voting in his favor.

    . . . but Romney supports more righteous legislation than Obama . . . .

The history of the past 1700 years of Christianity is the history of trying to legislate the next age into appearing, trying to force Jesus to return and bail us out. It is a Pre-mil AND a Post-mil error.

It parallels a Jewish tradition that the Messiah will appear when every Jew observes three consecutive "perfect" Sabbaths. If we do the all right things then God will be forced to fulfill his prophecy.

This is crazy. So folks acknowledge that Romney is wicked but they still are giving Christianity the face of supporting that which is wicked? (SMH)

I don't really see how Islam creep is gonna convince anyone that they need to vote for Romney/Ryan.

You don't stop one evil by pitting another evil against it as all evil derives from the same source.

You fight darkness with LIGHT not a lesser degree of darkness.

Like the old saying goes give people enough rope and they'll hang themselves with it.

It's a proven fact that it's been a bipartisan policy to support Islamic extremism right down the line since 1953. Only the willfully blind refuse to see it and most of the blind reside right here on BB. This year we're all set to vote for it once more. The choice is between Obama's slower way of supporting Islamic extremism through proxies or Romney's quicker way of supporting Islamic extremism by direct support.

I think it's insanity to support Islamic extremism in any manner but like I am constantly reminded by the good folks here I'm the nut case for believing in facts and history instead of hype and propaganda.

If the rest of the folks here want so bad to support Islamic extremism who are we to argue against it?

    Willfully blind is correct.

How on earth did it get to the point where Christians will admit that we're dealing with two evil candidates, but be dead set in convincing themselves that one evil is better than the other so that they can stomach voting for the evil?

Why is it even up for discussion? Does the Body---which is supposed to be all about building up God's Kingdom---not realize you can't build up God's Kingdom while supporting that which is against Him?

You can't serve two masters and a house divided against itself cannot stand.

Because we believe it's our God given right and our patriotic duty to vote for one of these evil creatures.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

We have also been sold a bill of goods from the pulpit which has for years instructed us that it's God's will for us to live under absolute Despotism according to Romans 13 and it is not our right to "throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for our future security."

We'll talk all day long about how it is our duty to protect the innocent from despots all over the world but when it comes to protecting our own innocent from the despots right here at home we always choose the despots over the innocent. Because one despot tells us what we want to hear while the other despot does not.

Just another in many reasons why I keep saying the hypocrisy stinks all the way up to God's nostrils.

But they are convinced they are doing God a favor with their patriotic duty and sacrifice.

Right but don't you dare call us hypocrites because it's not fair to call us that just because we walk, talk and act like hypocrites.

I find it revealing that we'll talk about Obama's support for Islamic extremism all day and all night but we absolutely refuse to talk about Romney's promise to increase support to Islamic extremists. Oh wait Romney thinks he can be better judge of which Islamic extremists should be given our full support than Obama. And we buy that!?

But but but Romney claims to be "pro life". Baloney! If he's so "pro life" why has he solemnly pledged to increase the support of those who only know how to murder, rape and destroy? Does being "pro life" suddenly end after the birth of a child? Not in my book.

Now now. if they accept that as the truth,it may lessen their resolve in being able to justify voting for him.

Convenient, ain't it? But he's so much more "pro-family", "pro-Christian" values than Obama.

It would be laughable if not so sad that this is the <edited - baloney - LE> that's coming out of pulpits. And no one will admit that these folks are more concerned about their pocketbooks than they are for building up eternal treasures.

Evidently somewhere along the line those in the pulpit have changed Jesus warning to "let no man deceive you" into don't let any "liberal" man deceive you.

We've become experts in seeing through the liberal agenda but we've somehow forgotten that deceivers have always come at us from every direction and take on all shapes and forms. And if someone comes along to remind us of that we call him a nutty conspiracy theorist or a self righteous anti American liberal lover. We've strayed so far from the truth now we don't even recognize it anymore.

We are truly living in Orwell's 1984 today.

The fact is, despite you having valid points about both parties, a liberal agenda does exist. You have the ability to see through the baloney. Look a little closer and you will see one right at your doorstep.

A liberal agenda surely does exist. And it ain't too much different from this conservative agenda that folks have convinced themselves to be so much better.

Hatred has a funny way of working its way into people and blinding them to the truth that's right in front of their eyes.

But some are too busy trying to win an election at all costs with no regard that they are gonna get more of the same no matter who is in office.

The best service you could do to this board is say nothing. If you truly believed like Poncho, or really believed in a Biblical standard, the negative comments would be equal on both sides. It is kind of like a politician pretending to be pro life or care about pro life during an election, then doing nothing, pandering for votes at the expense of innocent blood.

You misunderstand me then. I see the socialist liberal agenda alright. I see it's vile effects on my country and I like it not one little bit but I also see that the liberal agenda is how shall I put it? The liberal agenda was co opted by the globalists long ago. Same as the limited government conservative movement was co opted with the election of G.W. Bush. Bush and the neocons put any hope of a conservative limited government in it's grave. You saw what came next. It was anything but limited government right? Government exploded under Bush as it was meant too.

That's how they get us to support their globalist republican puppets. Look, I have no use for the socialist liberal agenda same as you and every other conservative here but I see how it has been used to turn the liberal's good intentions into a weapon against them too.

The UN, Agenda 21, Biodiversity, multiculturalism, collectivism or the idea that individuals are disposable, environmentalism and the whole gammut. Non of this benefits one liberal out there any more than it benefits one conservative out there. All it does is undermine our values, destroys our liberties and helps the globalists suck the last ounce of wealth out of our hands and into theirs.

It's another globalist scam to keep our attention focused on the wrong people. If they can keep our attention on Obama and his socialist liberal agenda and make us so fearful of him having another term in office the globalists have won another round because they can switch out their puppets and we'll be happy we "won" for a minute. But we haven't "won" anything at all. We lost again.

Same goes for liberals. If the globalists can keep them so focused on and fearful of a "republican" globalist puppet taking office then the liberals will think they "won" a victory when the "democratic" globalist puppet takes office. When in fact they haven't won anything at all. They lost.

And it's all by design. It's meant to keep only the globalist's puppets in power so they can use them to further their one world agenda without to many interruptions.

It's all a shell game. You know the one I'm talking about right? There are three walnut shells on a table with a pea under one of them. You know how it works when they start shuffling the shells around they secretly remove the pea from the table right under your nose. There's no way you can guess which shell the pea is under because the pea isn't under any of them.

Do you understand what I'm trying to say?

It's in the globalist's best interest to keep us divided and fighting against each other so we'll never notice that their one world agenda is being systematically put into place no matter which party is in power. Now you may call that a big conspiracy theory but ask yourself this. If the particular party in power makes little difference, whose policy is it that permits expanded government programs, increased spending, huge deficits, nation building and the pervasive invasion of our privacy, with fewer Fourth Amendment protections than ever before? Poncho, I understand exactly what you are trying to say. The liberal agenda I was speaking of was a poster using your philosophy and Scripture to pursue a liberal agenda.

In relation to the standard of the Constitution, the Democrat and Republican parties look very close together. I will give you this. Both parties do not govern by the Constititution. Both parties fail to enforce immigration laws and protect our borders and citizens, which should be government's number one job. Both parties restrict our 2nd Amendment rights. Both parties have racked up huge debts and deficits on programs not authorized by the Constitution. Both intrude into the daily lives of Americans, and stifle self worth and achievement. Both parties have destroyed the American dream.

Maybe our difference is what we believe binds the US Government to international corporations and bankers, Wall Street, and the military industrial complex. You picture it as a permanent alliance always finding ways to increase their power. I look at it as pure greed. Polticians in Washington are about the lowest form of humanity, taking away from the American people daily instead of serving them. These government leeches reach out to corporations, bankers, and international concerns to increase their political power. You look at it as a permanent alliance, while to me, it is an alliance of convenience.

Do not get me wrong. It is the American people's fault we have the two nominees we do. They reflect us. We could have prevented both of them. It is nothing but apathy, laziness, and ignorance. This is the choice we have, and as I have said many, many times, NOW is the time to do something about it for 2016, not a few months before that election. I have also related to you on several occasions about my experience with the Constititution Party, their national nominating convention, and why I gave up on it.

Given the hand we are dealt, that is why I am voting for Romney. Little as the difference is with Obama, there is some light there. I do not think it is fair of you to say I do not understand the overall picture. I have spent many hours reading your posts and links.

The root of the total problem is human greed. You are the only person that has stuck by his beliefs in relation to this. You have equally exposed the Democrats and Republicans. One of the most dispicable politicians in Washington is one of my Senators, Mitch McConnell. He is right up there with the poltical establishment that we have spoken of.

If one takes a close look at the third party candidates (already given you my take on the Constitution Party), the Libertarian candidate, Gary Johnson, former governor of New Mexico, runs on a platform of legalizing drugs, prostitution, and is pro abortion. Honestly, I have not done any serious study of the other few third parties.

Are you going to vote, and if so, for whom? That is not a sarcastic question, just curioius.

Your cause is not helped by other posters who appear to agree with you but in reality are nothing but Obama stooges.
